What is the process to delete a sub-account?

This guide explains the steps to delete a sub-account in your Voicemetrics account.

Steps to Delete a Sub-Account

  1. Navigate to the Voicemetrics Agency Panel.
  2. Open the Sub Accounts menu.
  3. Select and open the sub-account you want to delete.
  4. Go to the General Menu and click Delete Sub Account.

Important Notes

  • Once deleted, sub-account users will lose access and can no longer log in.
  • This action is irreversible.
